About Mindfulness Women
A More Intentional Approach to Women's Wellness
Mindfulness Women was created from a simple belief:
Your body isn't working against you. It's communicating with you.
As women move through different seasons of life, their bodies can change in ways that feel unfamiliar. Energy shifts. Sleep changes. Stress feels heavier. The habits that once worked may no longer feel sustainable.
At Mindfulness Women, we believe wellness begins with slowing down long enough to understand what your body may be telling you.
Through clean eating, mindfulness, stress awareness, and intentional daily habits, we provide education and resources designed to help women 35+ take a more informed and sustainable approach to their well-being.
The Story Behind Mindfulness Women
Before Mindfulness Women became what it is today, it began with my own journey.
Prior to 2017, I was emotionally drained, mentally exhausted, and physically unhealthy. I struggled with habits and patterns that were no longer serving me, and I found myself feeling disconnected from my body and overwhelmed by where to begin.
I knew something needed to change.
Instead of continuing to look for another quick fix, I began taking a closer look at my lifestyle, my habits, and the things that were affecting my overall well-being.
I simplified.
I became more intentional about what I ate.
I stepped away from distractions that were consuming too much of my time and energy.
And I discovered mindfulness.
Those changes transformed the way I approached my health and my life. Through clean eating and more intentional daily habits, I lost more than 40 pounds in less than six months. But the physical changes were only part of my transformation.
I developed a deeper awareness of how my thoughts, habits, environment, stress, and relationship with food could influence the way I felt.
That experience became the foundation for Mindfulness Women.
What We Believe
Wellness does not have to be complicated.
It does not have to mean following restrictive plans, chasing every new wellness trend, or trying to change everything overnight.
We believe meaningful change begins with awareness.
Understanding your habits.
Paying attention to your body.
Making more intentional choices.
And creating practices that can realistically fit into your life.
Our approach is rooted in four areas that continue to shape everything we create:
Clean Eating
Learning to nourish your body with simple, wholesome foods and creating habits that feel sustainable for your lifestyle.
Mindfulness
Developing greater awareness of your thoughts, habits, and daily choices so you can approach your well-being with more intention.
Stress Awareness
Recognizing the role stress can play in your overall well-being and creating space for practices that support greater balance and calm.
Intentional Living
Moving away from habits, distractions, and patterns that no longer serve you and creating a lifestyle that better supports the woman you want to become.
Why Mindfulness Women
Mindfulness Women is for women who want to take a more intentional approach to their well-being.
Women who are curious about their health.
Women who are open to learning.
Women who understand that lasting change requires more than a quick fix.
Whether you're beginning to explore how your daily habits may be affecting the way you feel or looking for practical resources to support your next step, Mindfulness Women is designed to provide a place to learn, reflect, and take action.
Because you don't have to have everything figured out to begin.
You simply have to be willing to start paying attention.
Supporting Women Beyond the Individual
We also believe that conversations around women's wellness belong beyond the home.
Women bring their whole selves into the workplace, including the effects of stress, changing health needs, competing responsibilities, and the challenges of maintaining their well-being in busy lives.
Mindfulness Women partners with organizations that want to create meaningful opportunities for education and conversation around women's wellness, mindfulness, nutrition, stress, and healthy lifestyle practices.
Our goal is to make wellness education more accessible, practical, and relevant to the women being served.

You don't have to change everything at once.
