In my early 30s, I was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Prior to 2017, I was fatigued, overweight, and depressed.
My hormones were off-balance, my skin was suffering, and my periods were irregular. I felt so broken, lost, frustrated, and I knew it was time for a change.
To turn my life around, I made a conscious effort to learn how to live simply and naturally. I removed bad eating habits and retrained my body and brain.
I discovered mindfulness and clean eating - both of which helped me overcome stress eating and balance my hormones naturally. And I lost 40+ pounds in less than 6 months.
My journey from then to now has led me to become the best version of myself - although I'm still learning and evolving! Overcoming my lifelong struggles with hormonal imbalances and stress has sparked in me a passion to share what I've discovered.
After experiencing my own major life transformation, I’m now dedicated to helping other women 35 + balance their hormones naturally and reduce stress, through daily mindfulness practice and clean eating.
