In less than 6 months, I lost 40 pounds by changing my eating habits and practicing mindfulness and self-care (which helped me overcome emotional eating, self-sabotaging thoughts and bad habits).
Prior to 2017, I had an unhealthy relationship with food. I tried every diet I could do. I would lose a little then gain it back plus some. I was a hot mess; emotionally drained, mentally exhausted, and physically unhealthy. Self-sabotage was preventing me from losing weight.
My hormones were off-balance, I didn’t get a period for almost 12 months, my skin was suffering, and social media and mindless TV were sapping my spirit! I was severely depressed, lost, frustrated, and I knew it was time for a change.
My journey from then to now has led me to become the best version of myself - although I'm still learning and evolving! Overcoming my life long struggles has sparked in me a passion to share what I've discovered.
After experiencing my own major life transformation, I’m now dedicated to helping other women change their eating habits and reach optimal health and wellness, through the power of mindfulness, self-care and healthy eating.
