My Story
Not too long ago, I was where you might be right now.
I felt exhausted all the time. I was overwhelmed, bloated, irritable, and out of sync with myself.
My hormones were out of balance. PCOS symptoms were taking over.
My skin showed my stress. My energy was gone. And no matter what I tried, nothing worked.
I kept scrolling. I kept starting over.
And I kept wondering, why do I feel so off… and why can’t I fix it?
In 2017, I reached a breaking point—and decided to do things differently.
No more crash diets. No more forcing routines that didn’t work.
Instead, I got to the root of what was going on and made a real shift:
Mindfulness helped me stop the self-sabotage.
Clean eating gave my body what it needed to heal.
Together, they helped me lose over 40 pounds, balance my hormones, and feel like me again.
But this wasn’t about weight loss.
It was about taking my power back—and building habits I could actually live with.
